N.U.S SAMOA SENIOR LECTURER RE-INSTATED BACK TO WORK

Following successful investigation into Osborne Embiruka Nyandiva qualification, the ministry of health and Samoa Qualification Authority has established that indeed, he was a bonafide graduate of enlisted universities in Kenya and South Africa.

Dr. Embiruka Osborne Nyandiva, of Kenya, was employed by the N.U.S. as a senior Lecturer in the School of Medicine, has had been placed  on leave pending an investigation by the Office of the Attorney General and the Medical Council of Samoa.

The councils have advised that he be reinstated back to his work station. When RZN  and Samoa Observer tried to reach him for a comment, this is what he had to say ‘ It has been a trying moment and I thanks God that all has come out null.  My reputation was put on trial and I don’t how I will be able erase this in media and all community. ‘ The lecturer who has been working for National University of Samoa and also Maleole Temasese National Hospital as pathologist still feel that his endulgence in vying for C.EO. position at Ministry of Health is the cause of his woes.  When contacted, The current Vice Chancellor Prof Aione said that this a new development. The image of the institution was not good but we thank all the people who saw all this thumb on.

'Osborne Nyandiva was a very hard working staffs and his research contribution was so immense. He also played critical role in pathology department at our national hospital and we couldnt really accept what was out there. Now that he has been cleared, we welcome him back to our great university'
